I have spent the past 30 years in personal and business development and earned the title of entrepreneur after successfully exceeding all expectations while building my own business in the cosmetic industry. I also have an impressive resume of business management, result-producing sales and profit generating operations skills. My passion is sharing my knowledge with providers and watching their continued success.

My approach to consulting draws on my experience not only with underperforming practices but also successful ones that are ready to take their business to the next level. When working with a practice, my first goal is to understand their story and create a plan that not only simplifies the day to days of very busy physicians but allows a cosmetic practice to thrive. My expertise in the medical aesthetic business, my ability to train staff in the art of lead conversion, patient retention and upselling plus overseeing management of websites, social media, seo and sem equals successful and happy clients.
